About the Speaker:
Mr. Axel Mierke has more than 15 years of experience in the field of private sector development. Since 1999, he has been working as a manager, management consultant and policy advisor enhancing the investment climate in South East Asia, especially Vietnam, where he used to live for several years (e.g. as a consultant at the Ministry for Planning and Investment). As a managing partner of MC2 Group GmbH, Axel Mierke advise international companies in their projects, e.g. internationalization strategy, market entry, location analysis and intercultural management. Axel Mierke also teach economic topics at Universities in Europe, Asia and have published several articles on Vietnam as a business environment. Read more
